International Funders for Indigenous Peoples announces its first regional convening for funders. Bringing together funders from the US, Mexico and Central America, we aim to focus on current issues facing indigenous communities, historical approaches and new regional strategies.

This groundbreaking event joins funders with Indigenous leaders from the region and the world to educate about current issues facing Indigenous communities. Through dialogue and sessions we will also explore new ways to build true partnerships, provide real examples of best donor practices, and raise broader awareness of cultural, environmental and globalization issues in the region.


IFIP Reunión Global
Por primera vez, IFIP (International Funders for Indigenos Peoples) hace un llamado al primer evento de: La “Convocatoria Regional en México y Centroamérica” programado en Querétaro, México. También se incluye al término la conferencia un viaje opcional a Oaxaca para explorar la riqueza cultural y la realidad política del estado. Esta convivencia internacional sé inagurara, con el tema Despertando Consciencia y Formando Alianzas: Comunidades Indígenas y Filantropía.
